MEET CUWLA MEMBER

Pam Vega

Pam’s a rock star CEO, growing her credit union with loans as the driver. She talks about the importance of CUWLA to her and what we can look forward to in New Mexico.

It’s worth noting, after we stopped recording she mentioned she’s really enjoyed the recent CUWLA conversations around self-care because she has all female employees and she knows women have a habit of putting themselves last.

Pam wanted to disclose she just chipped her tooth and has been waiting forever to see a dentist. Plus, it was casual Friday. What a trooper to still do the interview! 🙂
