I was excited going to the first conference after the last two years, and not only that but a conference by women for women in the credit union industry. My expectations were blown away, for the first time, attending a conference, I didn’t have my laptop open and tried to work!

The sessions were carefully put together and got my attention completely. It felt so good to have a safe space to talk to other women CEOs that have experienced what I have experienced. I really like that there was openness to ask questions that are raw and real. To express as my emotion, I would say intimidated (not in a bad way!). Honestly there were thoughts presented that I would never think to ask.
