Annual Meeting

Our Annual Meeting is Wednesday, April 6th!

CUWLA’s inaugural Annual Meeting will be held Wednesday, April 6 AT 10 a.m. CST during the regular Meet & Greet time. During this meeting, you’ll hear about what we accomplished in our first year and plans for 2022.

NCUF WORKSHOP : EMPATHETIC & COMPASSIONATE LEADERSHIP

Being a credit union leader is about leading with purpose, demonstrating our values, and lifting up others every day. CUWLA and the National Credit Union Foundation (NCUF) believe that credit union leaders benefit from practicing empathy and compassion along with engaging in mindfulness practices to support their well-being as a leader.

On May 17 & 18, CUWLA will be joined by the Foundation to offer members a workshop on Empathy, Compassion, and Mindfulness for Leaders. This workshop provides a cooperative learning environment that builds an understanding of how we can build our capacity for empathy and compassion for not only those that work with us in our credit unions but for ourselves.

Registration is free for CUWLA members and is limited to the first 60 participants.

CUWLA REPRESENTED AT 2022 GAC

CUWLA founders came to represent at GAC! It was exciting for us to reconnect and show off our pink power. We look forward to more members joining at 2023 GAC.

CUWLA founders Linda Bodie and Winona Nava were panelists for "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: The Key to Advancing Communities, Financial Well-being for All, and our Future."

CUWLA founder Carma Parrish was a panelist for "Digital in the Credit Union Movement."

We enjoyed some late night 'networking' and just a had an all around fun ladies night out.

Drop a line on the CUWLA Discussion Board and watch the network of CUWLA be there for you. Enter the Members Only section of our site and start a thread.
