How we support our CEOs
CUWLA’s unique CEO support is built around three core principles:
Education
MONTHLY MEET AND GREETS
Held on the first Wednesday of each month, these are our safe space discussions where members can share and connect openly.
These sessions are not recorded to ensure privacy and candid conversations.
QUARTERLY POWER HOURS
Scheduled for the second Thursday of the last month in each quarter, these sessions feature presentations by subject matter experts (SMEs) on topics sourced from member feedback.
FOCUSED DISCUSSIONS
These discussions delve into niche topics of interest, such as cannabis banking and shared services, allowing members to explore specialized areas in depth.
Coaching
Benefit from our coaching program, included as part of your membership dues and topics sourced from member feedback.
Every CEO member is eligible for coaching from other CUWLA members—no matter their age or credit union tenure.
Collaboration
CUWLA CEO NETWORK
Connecting with other members and sharing information is core to our mission. Every CEO member can access our supportive, collaborative member-only portal in Basecamp.
The portal is a safe space for open discussion, judgment-free Q&A, and ideas and asset sharing.
CUWLA CONNECT
Our annual event is an opportunity for CEO members to celebrate our successes, inspire and support others, and learn from industry experts—all in-person!
This unique experience is exclusively designed to bring the safe space our members experience digitally into the real world to learn and share with one another.
