Every month, CEOs and CUWLA Rise members have the opportunity to engage in candid, open discussions about the current challenges they’re facing, and learn from one another during hour-long virtual sessions.
These facilitated meet and greets are a unique opportunity to be vulnerable about your knowledge gaps, and share your knowledge strengths.
There are unique sessions for CEOs and CUWLA Rise members, but both are absolutely safe spaces for open, judgement-free learning.

CUWLA was developed to provide support, guidance, and education specifically for the women who predominantly run smaller and growing credit unions.
While no two credit unions (or leaders) are the same, there are similar challenges in terms of resources, time, work/life balance across our CEO cohort. That’s why we curate unique learning events and presentations specifically to address issues we know our CEO members face.

Every quarter, CUWLA CEOs are invited to a Power Hour. These free calls bring insights and expertise from across the credit union system to our network of women CEOs.
